Returns & Exchange Policy



It's All About You:

Making sure that all of our Your Style Clothing Customers are satisfied, we aim to offer everyone with the best quality clothing, accessories, and service. Our products and customer service will always be top-notch. 

We welcome all Qualifying items for a FULL refund or exchange within 21 days of the delivery date. If an exchange is desired, for example, a new size, we ask that you ship the item back to us with a prepaid mailing. Full refunds are issued as soon as the item is delivered and inspected. Typically, this occurs the same day or within 1-business day. Please contact your financial institution to determine the processing time


Non-qualifying items:

Any clothing and/or accessory with smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor; has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify. All items must be in its original condition with tags attached. If your items do not, please contact us by e-mail or phone to discuss other options. Please note that customer satisfaction is our number one priority.


Shoe Returns:

Shoes may be returned up to 21 days from the delivery date. They must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box such as the original box that your shoes were sent in. Unfortunately- damage to the shoe box, used, and slightly worn shoes make them ineligible for returns and/exchanges. If the shoes do not qualify under the returns/exchange policy, please do not send because we will have to ship them back to you, and you will be subject to return shipping cost.


Order Changes:

If changes are needed to your order, please call us at 1-404-491-1638 immediately after making the purchase. If this step is delayed, we may not be able to change your order. We do process orders and ship fast, so please do not delay. 

We are always around to assist you 24 hours a day, except for some major US holidays. If you are unable to speak with someone, please email us at support@yourstyleclothing.com. Once your order has processed, we will do our best to modify the contents, but once routed for shipping, we may not be able to. We apologize for any inconvenience and frustration that it may cause and we will do our best to assist you. Orders may not be canceled, at times. 


Sale Items:

Sale Items (Clearance included) are marked at/or below cost! They are AMAZING deals on items we only have a few remaining. Providing you with quality and fashionable clothing and accessories, we are making room for new GOODIES - due to this - they are a FINAL SALE.

For the best interest of our customers and Hygienic purposes - All sales are always final on earrings, necklaces, seamless bottoms, swimwear, hair accessories (including hats), socks, and eyewear. 


Giveaway Winners:

Please claim your giveaway prize within 30 days. Give away items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are picked for a giveaway and are international, prizes must be forfeited as we do not currently ship internationally. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Defective Items or Problems with Shipment:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages and problems need to be reported within two days of arrival. Please submit in writing any issues to support@yourstyleclothing.com. We will be sure to take care of you with the best customer service. We do our best to inspect every single item before shipment. Please do not use sharp objects to open your packages. 

Please keep in mind if the item that you purchased is HAND WASH ONLY, PLEASE----- DO NOT wash in any machine, such as a washing machine or dry cleaners. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes, items tend to shrink or bleed; Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent. 

Please refer to tags for instructions on how to properly take care of your item because we know that you LOVE them.
